35's (actually 315's) with level kit.
The guys at Discount Tire said that you will want a wider rim to get even tire wear. Right now the very inside and outside hardy wear at all. IMO, 35's make the truck look like it should. With a 4" lift, 37's would look best, IMHO. To each their own.
