Some fuel filtration, and some gauges sounds like a good next step...What do you want to do with the truck?

Also, did you see this thread: http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/3rd-gen-performance-parts-discussion/580810-basic-supporting-mods.html
Get yourself a decent tranny, you won't regret it.
Next step: wash it, wax it, take pictures. Title pictures, "What my Truck looked like before I broke it".

It's pretty much a daily driver I've had it for 3 yrs now and I'm starting to want changes so instead of selling and getting a new rig I figured I could have a little more fun with this one I don't tow much, (four place trailer now and again) fuel filtration?
Clean fuel can help keep your fuel system going for a long time. Lots of people just upgrade their lift pump to a pump/filter setup like an airdog or fass. You can just add a filter or two instead. Is your stock lift pump in the tank? If so, it will support plenty of power, so just add filtration. I bought my filter setup from GDP (Glacier Diesel) years ago. Do a search on "3rd gen fuel filtration".

And as the others said....TRANS. It's a big investment, but required to make power. AND power is why we are all on this section of the forum! It's expensive to make it, but these trucks are capable of some crazy numbers. You must be enjoying the JR after driving the truck for years without it!
