Here's what I got going. Truck is rough starting in chilly to cold weather, 20 to 40 degrees with out using my switch for the block heater it will just crank and crank. When it runs cold it sputters a good bit only first and second, well come to think if I drop to third to pass it sputters real quick. My economy went to he'll since summer and my egts are high. See sig for mods. At idle it puts out a white haze as well.

Now I just changed fuel filter two days ago, air filter is a month old, and have been running treatment through religiously. Should I try bumping the timing and seeing what happens? In case it helps truck has 201k on it, injectors have 2.5k

Is your fuel pressure no less than 3psi.? You might have to start in reverse on your mods. going back to stock until you find out what is causing it.
