what?! that's ghetto!Keep in mind while it is a 66mm which comes out to 2.59xxx, in most cases actually teches in at 2.67". You will need to put ice on it to cool i way down and scrinke it enough to fit the plug. Good luck
my silver bullet and a brand new sled puller 66 will NOT pass tech for a 2.6 class. been there many timesThat charger will fit the 2.6 class, we never needed ice after a pull either.... not calling BS on the comments above but our local 2.65 plug does not touch the wheel
no, that's making up for machining tolerances...what?! that's ghetto!
so anything larger than 2.65" will not pass tech?Yes the wheel might be 66mm but for it to fit and have the proper tolerances it is most likely gonna be 2.67". I have heard that you can call them and specify that it needs to fit the 2.65" plug/caliper rule.
In all honesty you need to read the rules where you are gonna pull to determine if that is correct.... Our local rules state that the charger will be teched with a 2.65" plug, so that is where our advice is coming from..... every sanctioning body or promoter has their own twist :thumbsup:so anything larger than 2.65" will not pass tech?
