OK guys tell me what I need to know. I had my oil tested after about 15,000 miles. Half of which consisted of light towing and some snowplowing. Total miles on the truck is about 62,000. I couldn't figure out how to load the sheet they gave me so I am going to type it in. This is Amsoil 15w40. My mechanic said put on a new filter, run it about 5 hours, and retest. I bought the truck used and this may be the first time synthethic was used.

mo ideas about these but gotta do one myself in near future,,,water/antifrezze/fuel dilution look positive at 0...least you know you have no internal leaks which is a good thing

What is Oil Analysis?

The copper number is high. I wouldn't run oil in these more than 5-10k miles at most with the stock filtration. Ive heard good things about the Amsoil bypass, though. I believe Coope has sent his oil off for analysis but hasn't gotten the results back yet...
