No it won't. It will only fit the years and manufacture that it is specified for. Yours will only fit a 07.5 - 09 6.7L cummins.
My buddy had one from a Isuzu powered Chevy and I called to see if I could steel his monitor and get a new Juice module and they said that wouldn't work either. Everything is made specifically for a vehicle.
