I have a 2012 3500 with no sunroof. But when it rains i get water in the back storage area under the back seat. On the driver's side. My wife's 2012 1500 does the same thing. I am leaning toward the cyclops break light.

Seal the third break light and check the rear cab vents they are behind the seats. Ram calls them cab exhausters.
