Remove turbo and spray the waste gate shaft with PB Blaster. Spray it let it soak a while. Clamp arm with vise grips and SLOWLY turn the arm.
Are there any gaskets or anything like that that I might have to replace when I remove the turbo?

Yes, turbo drain gasket. That's on the bottom of turbo. I'd replace the turbo/manifold gasket too. Install with new studs/bolts.
Any recommended sources for that stuff?
The turbo will pull out with the drain tube connected, just loosen the clamp at the block.
I use the same bolts and spray the turbo/manifold gasket with aluminum paint, several times now.

After spraying with PB Blaster, tap the arm & shaft towards the inside with a small hammer and watch it loosen up.

I believe the Blaster will help loosen the exhaust pipe nuts too.

So I won't need the drain gasket? I just don't want to get it apart and not be able to get it back together without bumming a ride to the parts store.
I'd buy the drain gasket anyway. It's only a few bucks. You can't use what you don't have!!!!
Where can I get them?
Autoparts store may have them
Ok I'll check it out tomorrow. Thanks for all the help!
I use the same oil flange gasket when changing turbos. I have a different drain line for the Borg Warner. There's no pressure on it.
The drain line is connected to the engine by a piece of rubber hose w/screw clamp on the block under the oil filter.
