this fine day at school a cop went and checked all the cars at the parking lot. and now i got 10 days to lower my rear bumper six inches. so i think im going to make a big rear bumper but looking for ideas arty018:
so please post up some pics of your home made or off road bumbers.

what is the law there? I asked my brother (state trooper) last night what the IL law is and from the highest point on the bottom of the bumper is 29" here.

i was also told 29" to bottom of the bumper and since the hitch looks connected that counts too. i was told this by a local officer.

well the cop write that it has to be 30in to the lowest point of the bumper.
