had the motor rebuilt .Ran fine.Had loss of excelorator pedal.Took to have it looked at .Now truck want turn over.Changed computer and throttle position sensor.these are the codes i'm getting.2127-0602-0480-2509.Please help i got 10,ooo dollars tied up here and truck still not running.Thank yall for your time...its an 03 dodge cummins .

:welcome: Those codes are as follows, 0480 is a Lo speed cooling fan error, code 0602 is a ECM fueling calibration error, code 2127 is a pedal position validation switch error, and code 2509 is a Power control module input error. They are spread around enough to make me think that either you have a mismatched ECM and PCM, or a grounding problem. Recheck all grounds, making sure they are clean and properly connected. YOu might also have the stealership reflash ECM and PCM
