When you lifted the truck you effectively shortened the rear drive shaft. You might look at the transfer case slip yoke (or transmission, your sig isn't filled out.) and see if there is any up and down movement when the drive train isn't under load - meaning wheels chocked and trans in neutral.
If you have a carrier bearing in the middle of the drive shaft, check the slip yoke right behind it for too much movement also. The center and rear u-joints are the most problematic, the center one locks up and the rear loosens.
