Does the 2003-2005 5.9l Cummins use a variable Vane turbo? I don't think it does, but a guy on ebay is selling one for these model years. Any info would be great.

It appears to me after looking at the picts closer, he is selling a VGT for a 6.7L cummins, but advertising for 03-05 5.9.
