Installing the new ZF pump on my 06 Cummins. Got the pump, pulley, reservoir and reservoir bracket.
In the middle of the install and I notice that the pulley isnt aligned with the rest of the pulleys. Also notice the the pulley is really close to the high pressure line on the back side.
I ready that you’re supposed to press it all the way down. So I did press it all the way to the start of the chamfer.
The two options to align it seem to be pull the pulley out till it lines up or add spacers to offset the pump.
You guys have this issue? Any thoughts or feedback?
