i just got cab lights and tow mirrors with the light on them and was wondering which wire i tap into so they flash when i unlock my truck with the key fob. thanks.

Tap them into a light that already flashes when you hit lock or unlock.

I have the 4th gen mirrors with lights in them and ran the wire to tap into front marker lights but the mirror lights do not flash with unlocking with the fob. Not sure why

well if someone can confirm the dome lights flash when you unlock the truck with the fob ill try that. my headliners down right now. also how do i wire it so current can only flow one way?

You can’t wire those lights to the dome lights. What do you mean by wiring for one way current?

yea i thought about it some more. and i read its called a ‘diode’. keep in mind i have no clue on wiring. i just am tryna figure out a way to wire my cab lights to flash when i unlock my truck.
