I have P0107 (MAP Sensor voltage low), and P0073(Ambient Temperature High).
I removed the MAP Sensor and cleaned it and put it back in. I removed the ground cables on the batteries and let it sit for 10 min. The codes are still there. Also, what it the Ambient Temp Sensor do?
I will now research how to reset the codes.

the ambient sensor reads the outside air temp coming into the intake and sends a signal to the pcm

AS long as you reinstalled it correctly the codes will eventually go away on their own. If it set a MIL that will go away after 4 full start run sequences.

You can not clear codes on 3rd gen ECM by disconnecting the battery.

Autozone can clear the codes with there scanner or someone with Smarty/BDTD/etc.

The individual codes may take a lot of start run sequences to clear on their own, but as long as the condition that set the codes is no longer present you should not set the MIL and the will eventually clear on their own.

:agree2: Open the Hood and you will see it there...
Thank you. BTW, where is the Ambient Temp sensor located? Is that on the air filter tube?
The 1 on the Air tube is the "IAT" Intake Air Temperature....

correction:
ambient air is what the outside air temp is.
intake air temp is the air coming into the intake pipe
