im looking at putting a silver bullet turbo on my truck here pretty quick and was just wonder if there is quite a bit of lag? also what would be best turbo to put with the silver bullet to make a good set of twins.i was thinking maybe just sucking it up and just put a set of twins in all in one shot.

SB won't work in a twin set-up....a 62/12 over a HT3B or S400 makes a great set-up

IMO just go straight to twins and be done with it :thumbsup

That silver bullet is gonna have A LOT of lag. You don't have enough fuel to utilize a silver 62.A silver bullet probably won't ever spool and if it does you won't get much gain out of it. You should be looking a turbos closer to a 62/65/14

Anything will work in a set of twins. But to make a set worth while it would have to be really big (SB on top w/ a 90+mm turbo on bottom) or small (say s200 or s300 on top of the SB)

BD's regular towing twins use an s300 top and bottom, The top is a s300g (57/65/14) and I would guess the bottom would be similar to a silver bullet but probably with a 71mm turbine wheel instead.
