Just bought a 06 5.9L its starting to leak oil out of the turbo. Can I swap a 6.7L turbo on my 06 5.9L and make an exhaust break work? I searched the site and couldnt find anything.

You can yea. The flange is different though, so either an adapter or a 6.7 manifold, and the controller from Fleece.

Really the factory turbo on the 06 is better than the factory turbo off a 6.7. If you want an exhaust brake, just get an exhaust brake
