Turbo problems little help here

Ok guys i just finished the rebuild on my 00 and im having the same blowby as before low boost when i first installed my twins i was running around 70 to 75psi max suddenly dropped to 50 max then the motor broken a piston rebuilt the motor new everything same issue max 50 psi little help here guys my top charger has slight side to side play and bottom charger is tight im also experiencing quite a bit of haze
