I've got a gag gift coming in for a buddy, i was wondering if anyone in the Spokane/CDA area has a box for a turbo on a turbo swap they recently did, or did ages ago, and still have the box laying around. Would be a great finish to the gag gift if i can get the box from someone. Doesn't need to be anything special or super awesome, but really any box on it that an aftermarket turbo came in would get the job done. appreciate any help in sourcing an empty box>

It's on my list, but i always find more important things to do then to pull it off and improve the aero on it. There is a part of me that just wants to get into a low miles laramie crew cab long box and do something completely different. But thursday i'll be hauling some 22 footers, with no trailer. So the rack is still super convenient. Who knows though. I might get around to it, i might not. lol only time will tell

there might be a greater return on swapping to lighter pulleys... I have a thread, subscribe to it if interested. After swapping in my 2nd, truck got a personal best mpg at 25.0x mpg over 200 miles. Before the swap, it was in the 22.5 or so range... Need a full tank on it covering 400+ miles to & from work...

where is this thread? would be interested in reading that. I have a hard time believing pulley weights would have that big of a draw on the engine...

Yeah I have a hard time as well, throttle response changed with pulley 1 & increased with pulley 2... here is the thread
