Anyone know of any ROM emulators/ chip burning programs for the Dodge ECM in our trucks? I would like to custom tune my truck.

None that I know of, so I had to start my own. It is far from finished, though. I've been working on it for 8 months.

Depending on what you idea of custom tuning is, the Adrenaline/Pulse will let you do quite a bit.
