Tuner that produces the least amount of smoke

So what is the best tuner in terms of producing reliable power with the least amount of smoke - I have an '06 w/ 68RE trans? I have searched all the threads and all I can really find is information on making more smoke, I guess a lot of people want that, but I don't want to be blowing out any smoke - namely because I want to secretly have power without being obnoxious, I also live in CA and do not want to make diesel owners look like schmucks.

SILVERBULLET Tunning ........Les Hooked up my 06 with a smokeless power tune. SO Smooth and nice.
