TST R47 wiring issue HELP..

I am installed the Cr47 on my 04 right now. On the timing harness I only have one red and one orange to hook into the fuses. I looked on there site to see which one goes where and its saying I need to hook the orange into two different spots?? Anyone know anything about this? How come I only have one orange? Do I need to tap a piece of wire off the orange and go to both spots?? Also I just goofed up again. I was rushin. Will someone go look on the remote side pin and tell me which color wires go in which pin. Its numbers 1,2,3,4 I just need to know which the red, black etc etc go in.
