I have a older TS Performance Informant monitor. This thing is clearly the same as the Edge Insight CTS monitor. looks identical has the same connections, same functions, even has the same background art with the exception of it saying TS Performance at startup. I have called TS and this thing is no longer supported by TS. Anyone know if Edge fusion software would update the Informant monitor to newer software versions? I will call Edge next week sometime and ask but thought I would see if someone on here had done it before.

I highly doubt edge wrote different firmware for TS. I'd bet fusion works fine for updating it

Yes you are correct. I did end up calling edge and just hadn’t posted their response yet. Edge said yes that I could update the informant through their software. What’s weird is I had called TS first and they said that it wasn’t a rebadged Edge product and that the internals are different.
