Hey everyone, I really hate to give a bad review for a local small town business, but this place messed up the job pretty seriously. After taking it back 3 times they finally essentially told me to F myself and get it done somewhere else.

They installed a leveling kit for me, or at least tried to, and a couple days later when getting my fuel filters changed at the dealer they basically told me that my right spring was dangerously close to falling off.

Here is my original review on their Yelp page:
I rarely write reviews, however this place had me wondering how it has survived so long. The "Manager" has got to be one of the rudest, most pompous business individuals in Bend. While I was waiting for my truck to be serviced I was inquiring about additional parts I might like to add to my truck. This seemed to be a hassle to the manager who offered next to no information, and when he did it was through gritted teeth.

Either way, I had to go back a second time because the job was not completed at first, after them "running behind" a half an hour just to tell me that they do not have the correct tools to complete the job they were paid for and I would have to go to a separate business to have my steering wheel set straight so my truck is actually drive able.

While waiting for my truck on the second day, I asked the manager why some of his parts were over triple the price of other stores. This obviously highly aggravated him as he explained to me "I'm one of those price shoppers and if he wanted to compete with other stores/online I should find somewhere else to do work from now on."

All I can say is that's the best advice he gave me during our whole encounter.
And here is a picture of the spring that the shop let me drive away with;

At the end of it all I just payed another suspension shop to do it correctly as I was tired of their excuses and empty promises. Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone was considering going there to have work done.

Wow, that is really unacceptable. People that do work like that should not be able to handle tools. If memory serves me correct Thuren is out of Bend, maybe the guys there could give you a hand with your future needs.

To the OP--
Sorry for your troubles brother, and thanks for the heads up. I'm in Bend fairly often and will be sure to consider this place last if I need help.

Sorry guys been out of town. I got it fixed by Suspension Specialties (Near Consolidated Towing Yard) before I left town to come back to work. But yes the work was shoddy and the guy was a class A DBag about it.
