Cycle your key 3 times,on/off, and the third time leave the key in the on position. Look in your odometer section and see if you have any codes coming up? Also noticed you have a Raptor pump, do you have a fuel filter Pre-pump? Is the pump hooked into the stock fuel filter? The Raptors just come with a screen in the pump. What kind of fuel pressure are you getting? Also what tune do you have on the Adrenaline? I had to reload the tune on my Adrenaline cause the one from the factory kept locking up on me.

P1693 and P0236 are the codes that came up.........does this have anything to do with the wires I tapped for the smoke switch? and I havent downloaded onto the adrealine yet its still from the factory its only been on my truck for about 3 days

1693 is the companion code and will always come up if there are other codes. P0236 Is Turbocharger boost sensor A circuit range or performance problem ; MAP sensor voltage too high for too long. So the answer to your question is yes, the MAP wires you tapped into for your smoke switch tripped the code P0236. Your boost should show high something like in the 60s as well.

I got a low boost code whenever I unhooked and reconnected my adrenaline. Don't know if its related but there might be something there.

same thing happened to me last week, i have the bd pusher pump that mounts on the frame, and it just failed. the night it failed it ran real rough and did the same thing, bogged terribly and even blew some white smoke. thought i blew a head gasket, but it was the lift pump. my vp is fine thank god. do you have a reading on your fuel pressure? if not take the fuel filter out, bump the motor (just barely hit the starter but not enough to let it turn and fire) this should get your lift pump to pump fuel if you arent spraying fuel then i would say its just your lift pump.

well i just changed my fuel filter this past friday, and my fuel pressure is at a steady 30 at idle( so says my gauge) and on acceleration and WOT it doesnt dip below 15.

could some of the spilt fuel from changing the fuel filter affect anything? cause the MAP sensor is pretty close to the fuel filter

i wonder if those readings are accurate. i read that you should always be between 10-20psi, i am runnin 24 at idle and 14wot for the filter change, when i did this at least i bump the motor about eight times, then actually turned it over. started pretty fast... i dont think the spilled fuel would be something to worry about. did you try just bumping the motor to see if you are getting any pressure at all? you should be able to do this yourself

im getting plenty of fuel pressure, im getting tired of having to clear my p0236 code ive seen multiple definitions on what it means, either too much voltage for too long or something with the turbo's sensor. the truck runs fine, i took out the EZ and it did not make a diff. What else should i check or do?
