So when I'm driving down the road in my 91.5 I'll get it wound up and it will lose throttle control (truck stops accelerating and putting it to the floor does nothing) until I push the clutch in and then I get everything back. When letting the clutch back out it will sometimes do the same thing or it will jerk back and forth like it's trying to accelerate but can't. When idling after that sometimes it will sputter for a second. But now it just stopped doing it and is running fine. Has anyone had this happen or have any input?

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Check your FSS wire to be sure it's tight.

My fss was the first thing that I checked last night. It was a little lose, but with the truck running and wiggling it around I couldn't get it to replicate it.. And another note, when you lose throttle and you don't push the clutch in, the truck will just go back down to an idle and crawl forward at an idle.
