I got my DashHawk a couple of days ago. This morning on the way to work, all 3 of my EGT were high (1000-1100) so I switched over to the DPF messages. It said that I was in desoot (but not regen?). I hit some buttons on the overhead and noticed that my normal "System: OK" messages was not there...

When in regeneration the Dashhawk will indicate desoot and then typically will go to desox on mine. The whole process takes 15-20 minutes if travelling steadily at high way speeds. During highway driving mine does a regen about once an hour so 1/3 of the time it is in regen. 10-15 minutes of city driving and the truck will regen again as soon as it is up to highway speed. The evic in my truck has never shown any thing other than "system ok" no matter what.

What I was worried about was that I couldn't even find the "System OK" message. Then last night on the way home, I realized that I was just scrolling throught the "Step >" menu and not the pages menu (where it is actually located). oops
