I was going through the previous owners service history and repair receipts last night and there are two receipts from a transmission repair shop, but I'm not sure what was actually done. One says "replaced solenoid pack/wiring harness", and the other says "replaced output sensor" There's nothing else listed on the tickets. I didn't see anything about either of those in the service manual, so I'm not sure what was actually repaired or replaced. Any ideas?

The solenoids referred to are the lockup, the over drive and the governor pressure solenoids. The out put sensor is the speed sensor that tells the pcm when to shift into Over drive.

Ok, speed sensor, that makes sense.

Is it likely they meant just the converter lockup and overdrive solenoids that appear to be part of the same unit? They are both part of #4 in the picture below, correct?

Yes that is correct. #29 is the governor pressure solenoid.
