Go check your fluid again, if it was just in the shop u oughtta drive of right back.

Yet again what's in the fluid. Sound is just in 4x4 right? Get under the truck and grab around to see if anything is loose. might be in the t-case

no first time was for the tranny, this time was for the front diff. never hurts to replace the fluid in it anyway. and i say check whats in it so you should be lookin for metal and whatnot. alot of this process is ruling potential problems out and narrowing it down.
