for my transmission to even shift i have to let off the gas and ease back in it till it shifts. It also slips whenever i go passed half throttle with my smarty jr or even stock. So is there anything i cand do to help it a little like certain fluids?

Could try and have the bands adjusted, fluid and filter changed and see where that takes it.

Get rid of the 35s for starters, what kind of miles are on it? If its under 35k you can take it in and let them freshen it up at the dealership and it will be better then what you currently have to deal with.
