Tranny swap

Has anyone ever swaped an automatic for a 5 speed in a second gen. Is that too much trouble to be worth while?

I have seen my dad and brother do it in a couple of mustangs and it wasn't too bad, i wasn't sure if it would be a bad idea to look into doing it for my cummins.

where did you get all of the parts to convert it?

and if you dont mind me askin, about how much did it cost you?

couple more questions,

is the 5 speed tranny in the 12v the same as 24v?

and if i take my auto out then how much would it be worth if i was to sell it?
