Stalls Shifting

I am by no means an expert, however just had a rebuild done on my transmission - HD Valve Body - upgraded converter - transmission was toast before the rebuild.
It played well with others for the first 350 miles , then I noticed the shifting feeling abnormal - stalling as you describe it.
Check gauge came on the next day and threw a low voltage code - intialy thought it was the altenator and was ready to pull the wallet out and lay down more cash.
After digging around more the driver side battery was shot - the altenator was fine - cleaned all the terminals and replaced both batteries - it is fine now.
Not sure if that helps - however that helped me.
