Tranny problems

Hey guys new to the forums.. I got a 99 cummins 3500 4x4 47re auto trans with a edge ez programmer.. The issues I'm having is well driving 45-70mph it seems like my tranny can't figure out what gear to be in and my rpms jump from 1500 to about 2000. I've replace solenoids, trans filter kit and pressure transducer. It seemed to fix the problem for about 2 weeks then started back up again.. Any input would help.
