I have the mod tune. Even if it did not make the tranny more durable, it sure makes it more driveable. All that clunking and banging is gone, shifts are more crisp. Downshift is so much better.

Lot's of go fast in your sig. What sort of power do you think you fed that tranny to toast the TC?i am running the Suncoast race transmission as well, but my torque converter is slipping now... ill be taking it back up this week hopefully... i know ive never felt a transmission shift so smooth as the Suncoast tranny i have...
