Hey I heard something a couple weeks ago of a 6.7 ram with an Alison tranny in it? WTF and how?
I'm running Suncoast's race tranny as I toasted my stocker. This one seems to be holding up pretty well. If you plan on adding alot of performance parts you may want to look into upgrading your tranny. How many people are running aftermarket or modified transmissions. And at what point do you need to do so.
What TC is that?i am running the Suncoast race transmission as well, but my torque converter is slipping now... ill be taking it back up this week hopefully... i know ive never felt a transmission shift so smooth as the Suncoast tranny i have...
Lot's of go fast in your sig. What sort of power do you think you fed that tranny to toast the TC?i am running the Suncoast race transmission as well, but my torque converter is slipping now... ill be taking it back up this week hopefully... i know ive never felt a transmission shift so smooth as the Suncoast tranny i have...
Freightliner 2.5 ton trucks come with a 6.7 with the option of a Allison tranny are fuller 8 speed man.Hey I heard something a couple weeks ago of a 6.7 ram with an Alison tranny in it? WTF and how?
Too slow compared to an auto.Get a manual HAHA!!!! I finally did....eelout
dont count on it. Im getting tranny shutter with my Smarty set on SW1, (30HP), and i by no means abuse my truck. has only been on a higher setting onceso just a 120 tuner and an intake will be fine on a stock tranny
How do you like the ATS trans? I see most people go for the Suncoast or NADP. Does ATS modify the tranny tune like Suncoast?I am running an ATS transmission in mine...
Probably not. XRT on 120 damaged my trans. I wouldn't go over 60 on the XRT on a stock trans that you want some decent life out of.so just a 120 tuner and an intake will be fine on a stock tranny
