2014 ccsb 3500 Laramie manual trans. No tpms light. Picked up a screw in the right front, pressure was all the way down to 32psi, and no light or warning message. Thoughts?
Great eye......I overlooked the fact that it is a 3500.
3500’s actually have TPIS (tire pressure information system) and do indeed simply report the current air pressure WITHOUT throwing any notifications if a tire gets low.
Since the GVWR of any 3500 is greater than the 2500’s GVWR of 10,000 lbs, TPMS is not required by Federal Law.
