You have to buy the whole darn thing unless you can find one at a salvage yard. My little towing mirror got broke by hail 3 weeks ago, had to buy the whole thing for about $120 from Dodge. It's easy to replace, you just push on it and slide it to the left, and then unplug the heater wires.
