so i dropped my access plate out of my tranny the other day to find i had a very not stock baby blue torque converter but there were no company markings on it i was wondering if anyone has any idea who makes a light blue torque converter???

You will never be able to tell unless you remove the converter from the truck. Even at that point you may not find a stamping. Paint is used by many Converter Builders / Rebuilders, so trying to ID this thing from the inspection cover is not gonna help much
