Yeah you can use them. You need to make sure you don't exceed the tires weight rating when loaded or unloaded. They may wear faster, and you’ll probably need to run close to their maximum air pressure.

it says 2405 lbs max load @ 50 psi, and duel is 2205 @ 50 psi. thats fine right?

Dude that's insane. I've seen pic after pic of Dodges rolling from high speed blowouts on D's. I would say no way, not ever if you value your life. Sell the c's and buy some E's or D's at the very least.
