OK. I got my timing tools from a co-worker that used to work for Cummins.
Cost me $50 for the set from Snap-On, used twice now that he works for CAT with me and doesn't need them any more.
But that's beside the point....
I read somewhere that some people use a washer and bearing for the initial torque of the pump gear nut to keep it from moving with the nut.
My question is, is there a specific tried and true bearing that is used, or should I even worry about it and just do it.
