Time for Brakes

Its time for brakes on my 98.5, I was wondering what you guys are using? I was thinking about EBC pads and rotors up front. I need to replace the calipers up front, should I stick with the OEM's or go after market? I heard of upgrading the wheel cylinders in the back, what does it take to do that?
