I've noticed a ticking noise coming from around cylinder 2 and it makes a loud tick about every 20 seconds or so after I drive the truck for a while and turn it off. I've searched for the noise with out tearing much apart and have been unsuccessful finding it. I haven't had any problems with the motor and it hasn't been opened up ever besides oil changes. Any ideas?

Most likely you are hearing the differing metals cooling down. My truck does the same thing you are describing, though not from the #2 cylinder. I wouldn't worry about too much.
