Love my Carli...
Thur wana‘s is nice too, i do like the quick disconnects...
I'm just trying to decide if it's worth the extra 150 for carlie.
First of all it is Carli....you gotta start with that...Ha!
Bars are different and a lot of people are happy with both. Our view was that you're putting a TSB on the truck because you don't want to get out and disconnect it. You want a bar that will engage only enough torsional rate to keep the tires planted and not allow excessive body roll. Our bar does this in every situation. We elected to upgrade the bar to 5/8" heat treated, Chromoly FK Bearing heims for longevity and durability rather than go the disconnect route because we wanted a bar that would do all of the above that you wouldn't need to worry about disconnecting. Not saying we did it the right or wrong way, just that we built the bar that we wanted to run.

Do you want it this year or next year?
I have run both, never once have I felt the need to use my disconnects.
I have never personally seen a carli bar. Thuren has a bend in the ends to help with tire clearance. Im pretty sure carli is straight at the ends. I know ive never heard about tire rub on a carli swaybar. So what is different from a carli bar to a thuren bar? In reference to how the carli bar clears tires.
My phone thinks it has a e in it.

Thank you i aprishiate the help.
I want it this year probably order it this week. I have heard that about the tire clearance I don't think I'd have a problem my wheels are offset quite a bit.

The disconnects were the only difference I could see of the two of em. I doubt I'd get mine to flex enough to need it.
My Thuren bar rubbed on 35s, not that I worry about a little rubbing, the truck still rolls.
My 3rd gen rubbed with 35s and 37's on my thuren bar as well as my buddies 4th gen with a thuren bar and 37s
My thuren swaybar doesnt rub with 37s.

And thanks for answering the question rhino. Always helping out.

Our outter links run tight to the frame then have a bend to kick them out and meet at the end link, they're not straight and are bent for tire clearance.

See now that is super useful information. Like I said in my above post. I know ive never heard of someone having rubbing problems with a carli swaybar. So I was just wondering. Thanks man.

No problem. You can actually see the bend to which i was referring on the picture from the website...

Ok that's good to no. I have enough rubbing as it is.
Does the Carli come with zerk fittings for the frame mounts?

No, we use Delrin bushings which do not require lubrication. We have thousands of these bars out there and i can count the number of replacement bushings sold on one hand...
At one point I remember guys complaints on the Carli swaybar arms walking off the spline. Is that still a issue? Or was it just not installed properly?
