how do i adjust the throttle cable. i did a search and found many forum posts but everyone starts in on the TV cable instead.

i have about 1/2" of play in the steel cable that links my acceleration pedal to what ever under the hood. i would like to mkae that cable tout again and remove the slack. anyone have a guide for this?

ok so i did more searching just now, is the TV cable and the throttle cable the same thing? the cable i want to adjust is the one going from the pedal in the cab out. the tv cable is what goes to the transmission no?

throttle cable goes from cab to apps, tv cable goes from apps to transmission.

tmk the throttle isnt adjustable. it is what it is..... but i may be wrong, been wrong before
