When cruzing mostly on the highway thottle cuts in and out like a bad TPS and the thottle % surges even when my foot dosent move or in cruzie contol. The truck is an early 03 5.9 .does any body have any ideas.Thanks:S::S:
Mine did that at first then the accelerator pedal position sensor went out. If you throw the p2121 code that's the sensor I have a place to get one at a third of the cost just pm me.
i still cant figure it out, but mine did the exact same thing and one of my batteries was bad and the other was really low. replaced both and fixed it, i dont know if it was a shear coincidence. just and idea for ya.
Black maybe you just had a fluke and re setting your comp fixed it I could temporarily fix mine by turnin key on slowly pressing the pedal to WOT then slowly releasing the pedal then repeat once more. But eventually it will totaly give out.
