Found this on their site:

What's an Export Title (E/T) ?

It is a Non-repairable Title or certificate - States issue Non-repairable documents to indicate that a vehicle is not road worthy and cannot be titled again in that state. This vehicle is generally purchased for parts or export as parts only out of the United States.

If you have any more questions about Titles, please contact your local D.M.V. (Department of Motor Vehicles)

Also did not know that a nitro was available in a diesel. Nitro Diesel

Honestly dont have a clue. I just also diddnt know what the export title meant so i looked it up on their website. something i did find interesting is that is says " cannot be titled in that state" So i dont know if you could get it titled in another state.

I doubt it, if you bring it to another state don't you have to get it inspected? And it will not pass that inspection without a egr/dpf
Like i said i dont know how the titling would work or if it would even be possible. just posting what export titles are. But with no egr or dpf on that engine from the factory it might work out.
