Thinking of adding some 100hp injectors and a super b turbo, or some other turbo, to the truck if I decide to keep it.

Not really worried about the trans, its been holding up fine to whatever I have thrown at it and if it goes to slipping or exploding I reckon ill have to get one built. I believe my trans now at least has a valve body maybe a torque converter with the way it locks up and shifts. soooo

What kind of power can I expect to see with my current set up with some 100 horse injectors and a 64/?/14 or something.

I want to be able to outrun a innovative custom tuned 6.0

I'd go with a 62/65/12 or 60/68.. 64 seems a bit big for 100hp injectors to me, unless you run that Quad on high all the time.

My truck with the stuff in my sig is pretty quick.. I had a 06 Powerstroke 6.0 with a 150hp Innovative tune via my SCT, I'd say my Cummins is quicker

100's and a super b, should be like factory spool up. Maybe 50-100rpm slower.
no way a 64/71/14 turbo with 100hp injectors will spool up like an hx35.

A super b will spool like stock since its only like a 56mm

He is talking about the super b special 64/71/14
Think 500-600 rpm slower

You would want to run 150-200hp injectors

I'm running a 64/71, and there's no way I'd go smaller than my 150hp rated injectors. I love the way it pulls in the upper rpms but I still have a lot of power left on the table. After driving the truck for 1k miles with 150s, I already want bigger injectors. It's definitely 500rpms slower to start spooling a fair amount, however just daily driving and being easy on it, it acts much like a stock turbo. Jmo..

What about with pulling loads. Needs to be able to tow 10-20k without too hot of temps.
People have ran 150's on a stock turbo and kept egt's in check. So with a 64 egt's shouldn't be an issue. You can always set your programmer to defuel at a certain temp. Say you want it to cool off at 1500 rpm set your programmer to cut fuel at that point. It's really quite simple. I ran my hx35 with 200's for a year like that. It worked great

Hard to say... If you had a trans to put it all to the ground 450-550?

I also have a question about headstuds and cross over tubes. When do you need them. Will I be okay running on the stock gasket and stock bolts?

you wont need cross tubes. head studs are a matter of opinion. i run 40 psi on stock un-touched bolts. generally the more cylinder pressure you have, the better off your going to be to get studs.

Generally anything above 45-50 psi you will want head studs. Drilling out crossover tubes won't do much on a vp powered truck.

Believe it or not, I towed 12k yesterday with 220 DAP injectors and egt's were in check the whole time. I have defuling set to 1500, and warning on my quad at 1400 and it did not go off once. Even unloaded, on WOT runs egt's never get too hot with the 220's and defuling. It does haze, and I do plan on upgrading hx35/s475 with in the next month, but it really is not bad at all. Yes it is WAY too much fuel for the stocker, but it is very doable. Its all about the way you drive.

Never heard using the stock turbo on a set of twins, any more info on this setup?

I think once I make more power I will be satisfied again. I just have hit wall where I haven't done anything to it in a while and have gotten bored with it
