A few weeks ago my serpentine belt broke after my AC compressor locked up, so I had both replaced and all was good when I drove it home. I was out of town the next couple weeks for a work trip, and when I returned now my truck is making this repetitive noise that doesnt seem to go away after warming up. Any ideas?

Video of noise:

I would try to trace the location of that noise.

If no joy, Then remove the belt and inspect it and run Engine without the belt to see if the noise persists.
While the belt is off, try turning the compressor by hand trying to hear/feel an issue there.

After further research I noticed the serpentine belt is one groove to the rear on the crank pulley and starting to get shredded by the notches, but it is properly aligned in the grooves of the AC and water pump pulleys. I moved the belt back out one groove on the crank pulley but as soon as I start the engine it moves back one groove. I commented that the old belt that broke was narrower than the replacement when they put it on, so it looks like its been one groove back for years. No clue what that noise is, it did go away almost completely after driving it for about 15 minutes.

That sounds like belt noise to me. When you replace the belt, clean the pulleys real good. Any rubber transfer to the pulley grooves will creat the chirping and clicking belt noise.

Check all the rest of the accessories for tightness, especially the idler and the tensioner. If it is jumping off one groove something is out of alignment.

About a month ago my A/C compressor went out. After replacing it I started to hear a clicking noise. I also found the belt off 1 groove on the crank and AC pulleys and moved inward on the fan pulley and tensioner. I drove it for a few days before I had time to fix and started to get a squeal. I pulled the belt and found the alternator bearings starting to go bad. I replaced belt, tensioner, alternator and still having the belt being off. The clicking has stopped since it's shredded that part of the belt off. I though it was a faulty A/C compressor but I went back to the parts store and measured the distance from mounting holes to pulley and it's the same as the new ones at the store. It looks like the belt goes off track after the power steering pump which I replaced earlier in the summer with the new ZF pump retrofit. I don't have time to dig into mine yet but planning on ordering a fluidamper on Black Friday and will deal with belt alignment when I install it.
