So I have a 05' 5.9 2500 4x4...It has level hit 35" dura grapplers, superchip, k&n, exhaust....

I recently picked up as a gift a 24 foot 5th wheel camper. I also already had a 19 foot skeeter bass boat. I would like to haul both a few times a year to our local lakes but am wondering if my tranny will hold. Its a stock tranny. I would think 6000 lbs would not be exceeded. I dont have guages or a built tranny...Money is tight due to or great economy here in AZ so can I get away with what i have now...

Tranny should do fine. Just drive smart and safe...you will have no problems. Do check the max legal length to make sure you are not too long.

Weigh the trailers

I'd reccomend weighing the trailers individually also, so that you know the weight. I bet you'll find that 5th weighs more than the 6000, especially once you load camping gear etc. (And turn your OD when towing)

I would check to make sure at 65ft you didn't need a cdl.
