hey you might be having a hard start due to the connector tube o-rings. if it is hard to start after it sits that could be the issue.
EDIT i just read the fuel tank issue.....you may just need a new fuel cap.

lots of problems...... well there could be a few more things to it then. is there any noticeable seepage around the injector lines? did you put the o-ring back on the fuel filter housing? if nothing else you need to get that lp changed if it doesn't work. i have been through 2 pumps and on my third. that's about $2500 in cash gone. i don't think you have a problem with the ip though.
